The senior journalist of the Cluj-Napoca daily Szabadság, Olivér Kiss, is specifically begging for Hungarian public funds on behalf of RMDSZ (the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania) — the very same RMDSZ that the Romanian state already stuffs with a huge amount of public money, in a way that violates international agreements and restricts democratic competition.
The victory video appeared straight on Szabadság's official Facebook page:
The Cluj Hungarian Days festival, organized by RMDSZ, matters so much to Olivér Kiss that he even trailed the Hungarian ministerial delegation into Cluj-Napoca (Kolozsvár) City Hall just so he could specifically ask Zoltán Tarr: is the Hungarian government giving money for the Cluj Hungarian Days?
Olivér Kiss couldn't think of any other question to ask the minister responsible for Hungarians beyond the border.
Shall we give you a hint, Olivér?
Zoltán Tarr, for his part, is more than happy to reassure the journalist that he will gladly give not just money, but a horse and a weapon too, to the party that keeps Romania's Hungarians under systematic oppression, that builds fake opposition groups and fake civil organizations around itself to propagate RMDSZ's interests, that stages fake debates, that drives away those who would actually help Romania's Hungarians, that threatens readers of Ugar, that sells the Premonstratensian abbey to the real-estate mafia of Oradea, that sits in government and keeps deeply silent about the plundering of the forests of Ojdula (Ozsdola), that couldn't care less that the children of Luduș (Ludas) are taught geography in Romanian in a visibly hostile environment, and so on.
There's your hint, Olivér.
