The Harghita County Council and its bosom buddy, the Harghita County waste collection company, couldn't even manage to translate into Hungarian the contract that residents are made to sign. And yet - at least as far as we know - the overwhelming majority of Harghita County's population is Hungarian-speaking.
The waste business didn't hesitate to publish the following Facebook post:
As can be seen, the post itself is bilingual, and the secretary - though she must have been embarrassed, but what else could she do? - inserted the exact same three Google documents into both versions, the Romanian and the Hungarian one alike:

The text of all three documents is 100% Romanian; not a single paragraph has been translated into Hungarian. Why would it matter to a Hungarian-speaking resident what they're signing, right?
But we're just a shoddy lot ourselves, so why would anyone think of such a reasonable, trifling request - paid for with our own money?
Certainly not the gentlemen in charge, not on their own!
But then, what kind of ruler should a cowardly people expect to have?
----
Well, let's hurry back to work so we can pay the waste fee. We need to earn a lot of money, because we also have to buy the gentlemen's other little indulgences, their private flights and their next apartment in Vienna. You go too, don't worry about anything else - the gentlemen, through their selfless labor, will save us from the Romanians!
They need to be there in Bucharest!
As for you, shut up and keep quiet, like always! That'll do nicely!
----
The county's gathered trash was sorted by Zoltán Egyed Ufó in his article published on uh.ro, well worth reading.
The contracts mentioned above were probably filed under the "recyclable" category.
